Douglas Mastroianni, Esq.
Doug has more than 25 years of litigation and trial experience in state and federal courts. After receiving early training at Bryan Cave and Robins Kaplan representing large companies in business, insurance, transportation, mass tort, and employment litigation, Doug begun his own practice. In addition to trying personal injury and plaintiff’s employment cases, he represented fashion designers, modeling agencies, start-ups, entertainers, and musicians in a variety of business, insurance, and intellectual property disputes.
Doug has extensive complex litigation and class action experience having both prosecuted and defended wage and hour, consumer fraud, insurance, and other class actions. He is an accomplished appellate advocate with reported decisions from the state and federal courts of appeal in the areas of employment law, consumer protection, civil procedure, insurance, and personal injury, among others.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, he also lived in Florence for two years, traveled throughout Italy, and worked on his Italian. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing with his kids, and reading history.
