Colleen is an associate at The Bloom Firm. She received her Bachelor’s degree from University of
California, Los Angeles in 2010. Colleen graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Law School in 2014 as
a Sayre Macneil Scholar and having earned Order of the Coif honors.

After law school, Colleen worked as a Loyola Legal Fellow at Inner City Law Center, litigating against
slumlords in Los Angles to preserve decent, affordable housing for low-income communities. Thereafter,
Colleen worked as an associate at the Law Office of Carol A. Sobel, primarily focusing on civil rights
impact litigation in federal court in the areas of homelessness, first amendment, and police
accountability. Colleen began working on employment law matters while working as an associate at
Schonbrun Seplow Harris & Hoffman, LLP. There, Colleen worked on a variety of matters, including
single-plaintiff sex and racial harassment cases; large class actions; excessive force and police brutality
cases; impact litigation cases concerning the constitutional rights of homeless individuals living in the
Los Angeles and Orange County areas; and personal injury actions.

In her spare time, Colleen enjoys hiking, running, yoga, and cooking.
